About Denson & Young

The musical duo of Benjamin Denson and Bill Young have been performing their unique brand of traditional folk since the turn of the century. When Denson’s original group, The Rambleberry Warblers, disbanded due to tax evasion charges he would soon meet up with Young who had just left The Song Mountain Twangers citing artistic differences, and the rest was history. Fluent in all acoustic instruments, Denson and Young offer an eclectic mix of songs that not only soothe the soul, but also stir the imagination. Look for their new album “Dreams and Such: The Wishing Sessions” due out this fall.

The sand runes crossing your divided consciousness do speak of contemptuous monsters being slayed by flying phoenixes. Transistors bridge where your vanity would never go.
