Had a terrific physical from my D.O., two weeks agon '8/09. Low triglicerides, even thyriods, good blood sugar...also those that are trying to lose weight...keep cinnomen pills from Walmart handy for if you mess up & cheat. It will block some sugars.
Sugars consists of breads, pastas, potatoes, white rice...only burn what you earn...Eat what you burn or find a pooch.
Our bodies are like a bakery ovens. We have natural fungus in our bodies & when we are fed sugars & salts, they thrive...making us poochier than we are. Working out takes away the desires to turn our bodies into bread machines & we won't knead to be kneaded...LOL!
Homework...bake one loaf of bread...knead it yourself to think about our bodies.
Also, take one Snicker bar...hold it above the table & drop it. Listen to the sound. Do we really want that weighting us down keeping us from free movement? Think about it. Remembering running, gliding through the air as children. It is not impossible to defy gravity.

Prints four to a page & empowers as a tool kit to accumulate into individual book form which I hope to be offering in the future. WARNING: This program does work with Vista Word & Excel. XP is easier, Written in Office 1997 - 2002. The trick is for Vista is that you have to open the Word Document by knowing its name. Do not expect it to open by clicking on its file name. Vista makes that too sensative. I heard they are rewriting vista because they depend on the public already understanding the icons. Most people, however, need to know where the tools are. Good luck, I did run the two files successfully. It is my plan to also make a video showing how to open files in Vista.
