Horror, fantastique literature, Shakespeare, Clive Barker, Whitman, Haendel and Purcell, Bach and Anne Rice, music starting in Greek antiquity, opera starting in the thirteenth century, skin as the recepient of the wind and beath of life.
Music
All, absolutely all, from Japanese noise to operatic altos and countertenors
Movies
All, absolutely all, from the good old black and white silent muties to today's popular blockbusters and intimate clandestine author's works of art that will never go beyond the twenty seat movie "theaters". Have you ever admired Clive Barker's Salomé?
Television
I can do without that, except the Twilight Zone, Bonanza, Twin Peaks, and all these series that explore the backside of things.
Books
All absolutely all provided they are in a language I can read, and I can read a few, and even if they are in a strange language, let me get them in English and that will do.
Heroes
The Gods of the mind, the Goddesses of the soul, and the conviction that Buddha was right when he said that we need no Gods or Goddesses to understand the world.

About me: I have been travelling so much in this life that I kind of long to get into another life in which I could just stay on the shoulder of the road and look at the show. Unluckily it does not seem to be possible. The latest trips were to Sri Lanka for three months to study eco-cultural tourism and development there, to Scotland to study poetry and politics and speak of poets and the war on Iraq in 2003, to Brest to study the diachrony of Pali the canonical language of Buddhism, and every week or so to Paris to teach who knows what in the universities there. The latest mental trips were in Stephen King, the Godfather, the Da Vinci Code, the cuckoo's nest over which one is flying, the salesman who is dying on stage and so many others like Strauss's Rosenkavalier or Monteverdi's Poppea, etc. And those are only some of last week's trips. That's what I can do in order to see the world joining both perambulating and contemplating. I have ants in my soul and cramps in my minds. So I have to run their legs and let the dark blood of unexpected confrontations flow in their veins, or arteries.
And why not add one more thing. Sin is the most beautiful thing you can dream of, especially since some of these sins must be dreamed of and not performed if you don't want to be punished with obesity or cancer.

This is a clear report about the Facebook caper on the assassination of President Obama. APP mau mean application but here it means "despicable".
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet Obadiah Shoher, the author of "Samson Blinded: A Machiavelian Perspective on the Middle East Conflict", present on http://www.samsonblinded.org. But a site is not enough, a book is too little. But you do the trip and meet him in what he has written. I just hope one day I may just hold his hand, shake it and kiss his soul. That's how I feel about all Jews and all Arabs. It is for me an old love affair between their sky and my soul, or their soul and my heart. I can't help it. I am a Semite-lover, just like others were black-lovers in the US a long time ago. God bless the Selmitic people!
I'd like to meet people who do not know what limits and limitations are and who would consider frontiers and borders as the necessary suburbs of they daytime life and the battlefields of their nighttime life. I'd like to meet people who would emphasize intervals rather than notes, and who would love the diabolical tritone. I'd like to meet people for whom color and darkness would be the basic ingredients of their vision that would only include whiteness as a shade of grey if not of black. Could I ever meet Prokofief's three oranges on a bar counter?

Kassyus Clay are a musical project formed in 2007 in Vicenza, Italy.
Their early sound could be considered a combination of energetic rock and sinuous post rock. In six months, after having released an unofficial demo called “Kassyus Clay, We play!!!” - which was recorded and self-produced in a low-fi studio - the band decided to develop their sound adding electronic instruments and broadening their experimental side. Their following songs became more eclectic, more instrumental, more orchestrated and definitely less rock, paying attention on the harmony and the structure of the pieces.
Inspired by some groups such as Stereolab, Tortoise, Cinematic Orchestra, Jagga Jazzist, and many other similar bands, Kassyus Clay sound can be described as an evocative, powerful, hypnotic melody, being like “a talking picture without pictures”.
Two Half Cans was born in 2007. Two Half Cans is a duo, guitar and drum. Two Half Cans is like Austin and Chicago, Seattle and Washington D.C., a little bit New York too. Two Half Cans isn't White Stripe, not The Kills, not indie, not Rock'n'Roll. Two Half cans play only live.

Nous sommes contents de rencontrer quelqu'un qui est sur la même longueur que nous parce que malheureusement beaucoup de gens ne comprennent pas notre message que nous voulons leur transmettre à travers notre musique.
