Edge of the End is an alternative rock band from the small town of Coalgate, Ok. The music in this region is generally country, but Edge of the End has deep rootes, not only in country but in classic rock, grunge, and metal. Although Edge of the End formed just 2 years ago, this four man musical group has been pushing the rock envelope since day one. They are a small time band, with a BIG time sound. They took the essence of rock, melted it down, added some blues and alternative and let it cool to form what they like to call, "alternative rock". With positive, yet unhindered lyrics, add in a little screaming guitar riffs all atop a driving low-ended beat, this band developed a fantastic, dedicated fan-base. Openly expressing their positive Christian-based lyrics not only improve their sound quality but also to show that they can alleviate the muck of society in this small region of Oklahoma. They have been known to take criticism very well, yet stand tall to show there purpose: to express what they feel through music and share it with the rest of the world.
