Euphoracle is trying to make a new alternative to today's alternative!
My name is Eugene Matias, independent artist; front man of "euphoracle." I'm the composer and producer of the music. I sing and play all the instruments: guitar, bass, drums, vocals; I also play piano but there are no piano tracks in these songs that I've written so far. I took my time and did procrastinate much so it's taken me an extended lengthy period writing and recording songs as I developed my sound.
Here's a brief description of my song writing methodology: What I've done here is not exactly reinventing the wheel but more like innovating it. The riffs and sounds of the music came out naturally but the ideas that I applied with it did have a purpose. Some of those ideas are making music that has a relatively simple structure with some complex elements, I know that kinda sounds contradictory but it's not really; sort of a paradox. I do not consider myself to be technical guitar player/musician, I barely even know the blues pentatonic scale and do not think of it when I do leads. I just try to put chords together that have very rhythmic patterns and support each other to form a uniform sound. It's not exactly easy to go back and analyze and describe my song writing, but on top of all that I did not really try to do it all objectively. I just kinda let it happen naturally yet consciously, so if something did not quite sound attuned to my taste then I will not go with it. I think if I tried hard to specifically make it sound like an idea I am particularly thinking about, I don't think it would have come out like the way it did. It's basically simple melodically catchy riffs with elements added that make it sound somewhat complex. But when you break down each element it's really as simple as can be, I mean it's not freaking rocket science; it's all just audio poetry. With all the elements in the mix, it's has sort of an organic sound; in contrast to some other sounds with more technical elements. Another idea I tried to maintain throughout is to make everything sound as dynamic as possible. That adds a lot of dimension to the sound and gives it that unique quality. And I also wanted to kinda keep it sounding radio friendly for the most part while also having great depth. Overall it's like a naturally sophisticated sound; that pretty much tells you the story behind the music.
I'm still looking for the right band members: bassist & drummer, if you really want to ROCK with me on stage and you think you got what it takes just message me. Fame & fortune is not the objective, although making a living by doing something that you really love doing and are deeply passionate about would surely be a great blessing! It's all about getting recognized for making great music and to represent music in general and other independent artists everywhere and leaving a great impression in peoples' minds, hearts, souls, & spirit! And if I can make that kind of difference in today's music scene and make people feel good because they heard my song then I can rest assure, feel good and pat myself on the back for doing something good for the right reasons. I will post when and where I'll be playing LIVE; CHECK ME OUT!

Grandpa had been fishing all night When he came home to find A note that explained nothing The perfect house explained everything Grandma was hanging in the garage In her favorite blue dress
I spent the night there two months later Sleep deprived By the old grandfather clock Playing music on the hour Chimes on the half-hour Ghosts never sleep (Not for children) Jumping to my feet I split my shin on the bed rail A cut that never healed quite right
Can't wait to see what you come up with next, kid.
