Recently Amy Ahlers interviewed me for The Wake-Up Call Coaching Program July Expert Coaching CD (this program inspires women to break free from negative self-talk, begins with a free gift and you can check it out at www.ReadyToGetInspired.com) As the CEO of Wake-Up Call Coaching Amy asked about my Actionable Acronym for the Big B.U.T. Syndrome.
I’ve created Actionable Acronyms as a playful reminder that the Law of Attraction governs our lives. Our every thought and feeling creates our reality therefore a good mindset is essential.
Amy and I laughed through Believing Unfit Thoughts per the Big BUT Syndrome. The “U” in the word “But” is all about – YOU! You want to vibrate out Unfit, Unhealthy or Unintentional thoughts that muddy your desires with negative beliefs. YOU don’t want to UN-do your desires you want to amplify them.
Saying the word “But” blocks our requests and amplifies poverty. Adults think over 60,000 thoughts daily and often we’ll focus on opposing views leaving us feeling trapped.
Fundamentally, we’re becoming overworked lazy thinkers; something I call Auto-Pilot Thinking. When we don’t give our mind something purposeful to focus upon we instantly merge with mass mind consciousness thus creating more of what we don’t want.
Appreciating Amy
Amy hosted one of my favorite interviews and it was our time after the call that she gave me a “wake-up call”. She shared new ways of doing business. Last month I said the Universe pushed me out of my old business model, guiding me into a more relaxed brand. Amy gently confirmed that point for me!
Amy Ahlers truly is The Wake-Up Call Coach—a real “Coaches Coach!” She recognized my situation and suggested innovative ways to weave the intuitive fabric of my trademark higher. I’m letting go of the outdated business “BUTS” that once plagued my work while the new model takes root.
As I write this entry I’m smiling. I’m taking Amy’s advice and dropping my own habitual Auto Pilot Thinking. Thanks to Amy I’m looking forward to pure, relaxing change. No BUTS About It!

Cozmo reminds us that we can easily have any Career in the cosmos if we simply believe and focus purely on what we love to do. Do what you love and the perfect career opportunities will manifest. Cozmo is associated with the consciousness of dragonflies and mermaids and can travel between air and water with great ease and flow. Cozmo carries bells and chimes in his frequency. When dragonflies, bells or chimes enter your daily experience, Cozmo is there in nonphysical guiding you toward the perfect career.
Balance the Body BUT Fairy
Balance was born from the flames of our body’s metabolism and from the core of Mother Earth. In the fairy realm Balance the Body BUT-Fairy is connected to the salamanders which appears as bright, heart warming flames. Balance appreciates the frequency of string instruments and uses the vibration of heat, string instruments and light to remind us to be lighter and happier in our minds and bodies. Anytime we see a flame, bright lights or hear stringed instruments Balance is near us holding the vision of our happy, healthy bodies.
How would it be to know, without a doubt, that you could create any environment you want for yourself, just by working with the God-force of the Universe? Wouldn't it be exciting if you knew there were spirit guides that are available, anytime at all, to you alone? Would it change the way you think about things to know that there are angels dedicated to nothing more than helping you learn the life lessons you came to Earth to learn? It certainly changed Eddie Conner's life when he was shown all these things, and more!
Like many people, Eddie had a rocky start in this world. He couldn't change his environment, as a child, so he decided to change the way it affected him. His willingness to seek meaning in the adversity resulted in his being shown the Light of spiritual guidance. Through trial and error, Eddie learned to stand in that light, and to believe what it showed him. And it is this that he shares with everyone that comes to a workshop, a class or a private reading.
Eddie's ability to hear and see his spirit guides and angels enables him to tap into the "Higher Energies" of the Universe. Even better, he reminds us that this gift is available to us all. He helps us find ways to disperse the clouds of confusion that swirl between us and our Truths.
