After nearly 9 years of playing music of essentially every form, he finds himself in the 3rd bedroom under the stairs of a first floor two flat on the northwest side of chicago. Surrounded by a simple yet throurough set of musical equipment and a simple yet thourough group of musical friends he begins to commit to tape a series of musical endeavors in the form of songs, of all varying degrees of the term. elma likes ALOT of different types of music and what you will find here reflects that. from beats that yearn for an emcee to catchy little pop numbers and everything in bewteen, elma just likes to make music. but throughout the varying styles you will find some underlying feeling that creates a sort of subconcious consistency. thats because its all coming out the twisted mind of one person.
sometimes elma makes you dance, sometimes it makes you remember why you liked savage garden in middle school, sometimes elma makes you fall asleep gently with dreams of cloud castles, and sometimes elma works for making out.
essentially elma just likes making music ALOT, so he makes alot of it. as logic would proceed, there are often new songs on the page. and because elma doesnt do much other than record songs (currently) thats about all that gets updated here.
i am always ALWAYS looking to collaborate, i like to make the music, if you like to write words and sing, PLEASE, get at me... we will make something happen. This is more of a project in audio creation than anything. however, if someone out there does like what they hear, maybe it could become less of a project and more my life.
