Sports, music, writing, PS2, tv (to some extent), I like watching political shows sometimes
Music
R&B, some rap, some pop........Boyz II Men, Mariah Carey, 90's music
Movies
Comedies....my favorite movies are: Friday, Clerks, Chasing Amy, Mallrats, Ten Things I Hate About You, Princess Bride, Napoleon Dynamite, American Pie, and King Arthur....I also like a good mystery
Television
24, Law & Order, Law & Order:SVU, American Idol, Big Brother, Survivor, WWE Raw, Sopranos, Big Love, Real Time w/Bill Maher, Next on MTV, Wife Swap, Trading Spouses, CSI, Without A Trace,
Oh, and Chappelle's Show still rocks!
One of the funniest lines to ever be uttered on a television show was when Dave was pretending to be a perspective juror on the R. Kelly trial and said, "The burden of proof is on the state. It is up to you to prove to me beyond a reasonable doubt that this man is a pisser." Classic.
Books
Don't read a lot of books but like to read Men's Health, ESPN the magazine, and Cosmo. Yes, I do read it because it does give some interesting insight into what women want and what they are about...guys don't hate...some good info in there if you get past all the fashion and makeup stuff
Heroes
While she is no longer on this earth with me it is by far and away my mother. She was the strongest prettiest smartest and most charismatic person I knew. I only hope that I can be half the person she was.
Also, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and yes now Barack Obama. They all defied the odds and stood for what they believed to be right and never let anything fade them.
Chipper Jones, Dale Murphy, Larry Bird, and Dick Vitale are also heroes of mine.
I would be remissed if I didn't mention my grandma on my mom's side and my greatgrandma on my dad's side. They were two strong and opinionated women who didn't take any crap off of anybody. They lived, struggled, and survived in the some of the roughest times of American livelihood for blacks in America. They were steadfast and did what they had to do to take care of their families and stood strong as the matriarchs of the family as did my own mother until her recent passing.
I love to write, but I don't have a degree. I'm a good writer and am looking to do somethings as a side thing. I like to write about sports and music in particular and would like to do some work on pro wrestling. But, anything would work for me.
Ezel This world is certainly jacked up but I am beginning to think those who see themselves as "righteous" and the "sane ones" are more jacked up Posted at 3:35 PM Nov 28 view more

I'm 32 years old. I am somewhat of a shy person. I tend to be quiet around people I don't know but can be talkative around those I know, as my friends would probably attest to.
I also tend to be more introspective. I have times when I like to be alone. Its just who I am. I like to people watch. I minored in sociology in college and people's behaviors do fascinate me.
I love sports. I am a die hard Atlanta Braves' fan. I do live and die with my Braves. I attempt to watch every game I can. I like almost all sports.
I'm a big music lover. Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey are my favorites. I like mostly R&B music but listen to almost all types of music.
I love my family and friends. My kids mean the world to me. They drive me crazy sometimes but I couldn't see my life without them. I do the best I can to make sure they are well adjusted and that they will be a positve influence in society and that they grow up to be responsible adults. I love my beautiful sexy wife very much. She is my world even though I don't think she believes that sometimes. I love her very much and realize I'm not the easiest person to live with sometimes because I can be very private at times. My mother is my biggest hero. She always made sure that my brothers, sisters, and I were well taken care of. She always looked out for our interest and put hers to the side. She is the eptiomy of class.
I love my friends to death as well. All of my people back in Shawnee, Oklahoma, you know I love you. I am the most fortunate person in the world to have the friends that I have. They are all the best. They would go to the ends of the earth for me and that means more than they'll ever know.
I get along with everyone. I like all types of people. People who are high strung, intolerant, too intense, or too arrogant do tend to turn me off. I like people who are down to earth and even kieled. I value honesty, loyalty, and sincerity. My motto is "say what you mean and mean what you say". A good friend of mine, Paul, used to always say that and I firmly believe in it.
I tend to be a homebody. But, I do like to go out and have fun. I love to go to clubs and dance and listen to music.
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to meet people who love sports and music. People who like to become involved in discussions on a multitude of topics. I am looking to make friends and have people I can talk to and get to know.
As far as famous people go. I would like to meet Boyz II Men, Colin Powell, and Selma Hayek. Also Chipper Jones, Brian McCann, Jeff Francoeur, and Marcus Giles (All are Atlanta Braves). Michael Jordan.
I would also like to meet Bill Maher, Dennis Miller, and Larry the Cable Guy. I would love to discuss politics and social issues with them. Not to mention that would be the most hilarious conversation I would ever be a part of.
