About me:
Well, it's not easy to speak about yourself but I'll try anyway!So I was born in the South of France in Nimes, where I grew up. I started listening to music from an early age as my mum used to play the piano regularly at home. When I turned 10, I got my first Beatles'LP...and took to singing along to their songs! At 14, I got my first acoustic guitar and more or less taught myself to play their music.
While at university in Montpellier studying for an English degree, I joined several bands from the age of 20 onwards, mainly variety ones (orchestres de varietes) where the aim was to entertain people and get them dancing all night long!! For about 10 years (first in the South and then in the North of France where I started teaching), I learnt all sorts of different styles of music, ranging from traditional French songs (Edith Piaf) to jazz, rock'n'roll, funk, soul, disco, country etc...hence the variety of styles I like to put in my performances!!
My love for music brought me to England in 2002 and I have been on the folk circuit since then, performing at clubs and festivals all over the UK with my beautiful Gibson J150!
I have also released 5 albums, all of them covers of various artists and styles.

Who I'd like to meet:
I would love my music to take me around the world as travelling is another one of my passions and I love meeting new people.
I find discovering other cultures, languages, foods, musics etc... fascinating and being able to achieve that by doing something you really like would be a blessing!
