| General | Each year, GBC-Giving Back Corporation presents an "Evening of Theater", Making it possible for more that 300 INNER CITY YOUTH to see live theater (Most had never witness live theater before) performed by those they have only seen on television or in film. Also, GBC has made it possible for for our youth to hear the history of entertainment pioneers tell their stories during the Annual Toast/Roast.......A few familar names who has supported GBC over the years are: Stevie Wonder, Ruby Dee, Loretta Devine, Usher, Yolanda King, Lynn Hamilton, Brock Peters, Virginia Capers, Della Reese, Nick LaTour, Hattie Winson, Sen. About me:
Each year, Giving Back recieve hundreds of letters and calls from inner city college-bound and students attending colleges, asking for support to help them buy their books and supples. The fact of the matter is, many young people are dropping out of school because once they get in they cannot afford to buy things they need to study. Because I was once one of those students, I try to help as many as I can. Each donation you make, you will recieve the name of the student(s) that you helped with your suppport. ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE GIVING BACK CORPORATION'S "Books and Supplies" Scholarships to college-bound students...

Some of the past recipients who have benefited from these scholarships have gone on to such prestigious colleges as Spelman, Morehouse, Grambling, Pepperdine, Loyola, Princeton, Clark-Atlanta, Spelman, Northridge (CA), UCLA, and Tuskegee~~~~~~>In 2007, GBC received one it most proudest honors, two of the students that received a “Books and Supplies” award when they were college-bound, returned and give a GBC "Books and Supplies" award a student about to go to college. EVERY LITTLE BIT OF “GIVING BACK, DOES HELP!
