General
Movies, music, writing, languages, 3D animation, books, beers, Guitar Hero and Ween....oh, and I like to learn anything new...especially languages...
Music
I like almost all music. I can kick back to Sinatra, Otis Redding or a Broadway soundtrack or some Gwar, Danzig, or Disturbed. Have I mentioned that I really enjoy a band called Ween. Other favorites, these days, include the Drive By Truckers, Faster fuckin' Pussycat, The Pogues, the Isley Brothers, Dream Theater, Colm Wilkinson, Guns n' Roses, Allure, Cream, Tenacious D, Concrete Blonde, classic Ozzy, John Lee Hooker, The Staple Singers, Soul Jam, Nine Inch Nails, the Dresden Dolls, Tori Amos, The Crue, Dr. Dre, Hendrix, Dropkick Murphys, Sam Cooke,Cinderella, Linda Eder, 4 Non Blondes, Alicia Keys, The Black Crowes, The Ramones, Dexy's Midnight Runners, Love/Hate, Eddie Floyd, Junkyard, Floyd, Doors, P.M. Guns, Billy Joel, Aretha Franklin, those 4 guys from Liverpool, Violent Femmes, Forbidden Broadway, Alice in Chains, Blind Melon, Heather Headley, Nick Cave, Poison, Infinity Minus One, Scotty Phillips, Jimmy Rogers, Albert Collins, Cab Calloway and Snoop Dogg. Not to mention anything featuring the work of the Muscle Shoals gang(Hood, Hawkins, Spooner, Hinton, Johnson, Harvey Thompson, etc...)
Movies
There is rarely a movie I won't watch. My favorites are still anything David Lynch has made and almost any horror film. I have a passion for The Godfather films, Goodfellas, Casino, etc...But, I love good comedies and dramas as well. Recent favorites have been Prozac Nation, Donnie Darko, Memento, May, all the Jack Hill stuff, Apocalypse Now, La Dolce Vita, Joy Luck Club, Jay Reel's Dawn, New Jack City, Grease 1 and 2, Breakin' 1 and 2, Up in Smoke, Run Lola Run, Run Ronnie Run, Horror Business, Holy Grail, Life of Brian, Night of the Creeps, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Meaning of Life, Fido, The Jerk, the Blues Brothers, Poetic Justice, The Shining, 2001, The Outsiders, Undead, Go, The Tripper, Reservoir Dogs, Mary Poppins, High Tension, Cannibal Holocaust, Pete's Dragon, The Wiz, All That Jazz, Troll 2, Devil's Rejects, Spinal Tap, everything by Dario Argento, Rocky Horror, True Romance, Boyz n' the Hood, Pump Up the Volume, Wargames, West Side Story, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Bill & Ted, Less Than Zero, Boys in the Hood, The Aristocrats, The Breakfast Club, Slingblade, Trick or Treat, Reqium for a Dream, Porky's, Zero Day, Revenge of the Nerds, anything from Romero, Garden State, I Spit on Your Grave, Clash of the Titans, Carrie, Natural Born Killers, The Doors, all the Friday the 13ths and Halloweens, Rent, Little Shop of Horrors, When the Levee Broke, Slacker, Suburbi@, Magnolia, Boogie Nights, Paradise Lost, Murder Set Pieces, Office Space, all the Kevin Smith stuff, and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Books
I read quite the variety of books. I've been on the "true crime" mafia kick for a few months now. I still like Stephen King, for some reason. Well, I do have a literature degree, so I still take little breaks from my "sophisticated" stories and lay back with some Dickens, Wells, Hugo, Baudelaire or the fantastic autobiographies of David Lee Roth(Crazy From the Heat) and Motley Crue(The Dirt). Oh yeah....anything by Henry Rollins, Nick Cave, Joe Cole or Jizzy Pearl kicks ass.....
Currently reading: 1)May It Please the Court(Supreme Court transcripts) 2)Trump Style Negotiation by George Ross 3)Secret Lives of the Presidents 4)Freakonomics 5)The Brothers Bulger 6)The Raw Shark Texts 7)Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker
