'Generic People' is a collaboration between 'Antnoize' & 'Tantric Dex' who perform with a duel laptop set up synced together incorporating various pieces of hardware and controlers ,a batch of Vst's, sound effects, loops, re-edits, remixes & original productions.The duo have over 20 years DJing experience between them, and through their shared passion for all forms of music and blatant disregard for generes have fused their idea on how to rock a dancefloor resulting in the birth of the GENERIC PEOPLE DJS. The duo don't believe in boundaries & can be found playing , remixing, re-editing on the fly a multitude of music styles making for a very very unique DJ'ng experience

Taking inspiration from the twin sources of The Enemy Within’s “Strike” (Keith LeBlanc and Adrian Sherwood's 1984 cut-up classic) and The Chemical Brothers habit of sneaking out "Battleweapon" dancefloor-aimed versions of tracks that may or may not appear on upcoming new albums, this is a brand new offering from IDC taken from ongoing recording sessions for his second album due out in 2010.
"This Is Not A Riot" by IDC features the massed International G20 choirs, recorded in situ by IDC's labelmate Chairman Miaaoow at various G20 demonstrations around the world over the past year.
It also samples the Long Range Acoustic Device used by USA riot police as a crowd dispersal sonic weapon and uses it as musical instument.
