Ghuffran Ali is a Chicago based comedian. He was born in Lahore Pakistan, and spent the earliest years of his life there. After moving to Cincinnati, Oh at age six. He soon realized he was not the stereotypical Pakistani child. He was not good at math, did not dream of becoming a doctor or engineer, but instead tried to avoid school as much as possible. After barely passing high school he proceeded to attend the University of Cincinnati for a couple of years. U.C was dull and comfortable, so on a whim he moved to Chicago,IL without direction or money. He continues to have no money but believes making others laugh is a fantastic feeling and will continue to do so. His parents do not know he is a comic, so please do not tell them.

Influences
The greatest comedians I have ever known are my mother and father, but as far as working comedians: Russell Peters and Dave Chapelle. There are however younger comedians that motivate me, and give me a reason to try: Aziz Ansari from Human Giant, and former Chicago based but now New York Based comedian Kumail Nanjiani (Kumail Ali).
