About me:

This is a MySpace page that we set up to promote discussions about e-publishing. All talk about electronic publishing and environmental issues will be allowed. Yes, we are authors who have contracts with e-publishers, so we have a vested interest in this topic. But we also believe that e-books are the future of publishing, and we'd like to meet other like-minded individuals. We write a variety of genres, everything from Mystery, Suspense, Horror, Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Romance, and much, much more!

Who I'd like to meet:
People interested in e-publishing, e-books, or have bought and read e-books from some of your favorite authors and are eager to read more or experiment with a new genre.

Thanks for adding me!

I hope your other friends will check out my warrior princess, Lin--daughter of King Arthur.

Although sired by the Pendragon, fate damns Lin to wear the slave collar of her half-brother Modred. Robbed of identity, she clings to dignity until freedom restores her birthright.

I’m William Powers, author of two critically-acclaimed books from Bloomsbury/Macmillan and writer for the New York Times, Washington Post, International Herald Tribune, The Sun, and Slate, among many others.
My Liberia memoir, Blue Clay People: Seasons on Africa’s Fragile Edge, was a Top 5 Bestseller at Harvard’s bookstore, and a Publisher’s Weekly top book of 2005. My recent book, Whispering in the Giant’s Ear: A Frontline Chronicle from Bolivia’s War on Globalization, sold out its first print run and has just been reprinted. I’m now finishing my third book, This Soft World (due in 2009).
