About The Turnstiles

There's always one great football song each world cup year and 2006 isn't any different so here it is! Brought to you by The Turnstiles in association with mob.tv- this song captures the heart of a great world cup song fun, passion and of course after a few beers it gets even better! ;-)

So we have set up this page to introduce it to those who matter you, the fans, the people who just love the game- the world cup is a time to get together, in your home or at the pub, to experience the heartache and glory but most of all to have fun! And as football songs go this has it all.

No one likes being told what to do.

For instance. who decides the "official" World Cup song? NOT US!! So we decided to follow the unofficial route. With the help of a Brass Band, pub crowd and rapper MC Jabber, The Turnstiles have created their own tribute to our beautiful game.

So as kick off 2006 approaches, we present a song for the people, by the people.

Whatever happens, whatever the result, we can still enjoy the "action" and, to celebrate this World Cup year, The Turnstiles respectfully invite you to share with us not just the highs and lows of this year's competition, but also the ups and downs of Hansen's legendary forehead.
