About me: IF YOU'RE A BAND I'D LOVE TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE.
What's up?I go to Sci-Tech.I don't have much to say as usual really, but if I do I'm probably joking around...but I just want to say that not everything is a joke to me, which you might think and I do take many things seriously, and if you're my friend then believe it or not, you're important to me like all my friends.I really want to become a professional musician.I play guitar, drums(a little),bass, piano(a little)and I write songs.I'm not into sports and I don't want to play them(although I def could if I wanted). But all I ever want to do now is play my guitar and hang out with my fellow weirdos.I can't really think of anything else right now but I think thats enough about me to know so that you can be my friend. If you wanna know anything else about me just look through everything on my profile,my friends, interests, all that stuff,it should tell you enough about me.Much love and respect to everyone good in the world,
your favorite dirty hippy,
Joseph.
Oh Yeah, also, I'm totally into art, checkitout.
Alex Pardee is a genius.
I LOVE MUSIC. IF MUSIC WAS A WOMAN, I WOULD LOVE HER IN THE MOST ROMANTIC WAY POSSIBLE. IF MUSIC WAS A MAN, I WOULD LOVE HIM IN THE GAYEST WAY POSSIBLE.
Who I'd like to meet:
All my favorite bands and artists,All my Heroes.
This is to show off how totally radtastic my buddy ADAMØATH is! ;D
I look like a crack zombie that didn't sleep for three weeks straight and then was unwillingfully dragged through a sewer and then puked upon in that picture.
I've got to get around to organizing my Itunes shit soon :/
Really? That's sick. I was thinking about playing it Christmas Day for my family and stuff, but something tells me they wouldn't appreciate classic christmas songs getting awesomely interrupted by a breakdown [:
It's terrible ]: I got to see them on there last tour ever and got to talk with some of the guys, so that's sort of cool. It's just wierd to think they're gone.
Yeah I like ESP's a lot. I love my RG, but I play a little bit better on ESP's for some reason. I really want a PRS too at some point. I think it's going to go, ESP then an S-Series Ibanez, then a PRS.
Yeah the tone's horrible. I don't even need to crank the gain, clean tones sound distorted. That's a nice setup man [: And no problem, I'm starting to like ESP's. I've got a midrange Ibanez RG right now and want an S-series at some point, but I'm thinking about picking up a ESP sometime soon as a 2nd guitar.
Little bit of a drive ]: Gahh that sucks. I had to use my phone and transfer it over with a memory card. Yeah do some, I'll check em out!
Thanks [: I know it sounds like I'm trying to make excuses, but a big part of the problem is my amp. I got it with my first guitar that was some Epiphone SG that my parents paid $100 for with the amp. I've got a Raven on the way though so I'll prolly be putting up some better covers soon. Working on learning past the first 2 minutes of Informal Gluttony.
I know! I wish you lived closer, it sounds like it'd work out perfectly. Where do you live in Mass? (wow that sounds dateline)
Yeah, it does sound like we've got the same issue. We sound like, or atleast the sound we're going for, is almost like progressive metalcore Protest/BTBAM/Dillinger meets techy Sumerian-style death fused with The Fall Of Troy/Coheed kind of stuff. And I'm big into technical hardcore, so I guess recently we've been getting some Misery Signals and Shai Hulud sounds in the mix too. So basically insanely confusing progressive metalcore [: It's just hard to practice lead stuff when you don't have a rhythm guitarist to work with.
Really? Sounds like fun [: You still in any bands?
Yeah I did about the same, just without the band mates ]: I'm still looking for a rhythm guitarists and my whole school is full of kids who play powerchords, but the stuff I've been writing is like Protest just 3/4ths as technical because I'm not that good. Most of the ones I've tried to have play with us loose it whenever we switch time sigs. So I just sat around, played some stuff. Started learning Sons Of Belial from The Faceless and put up a shitty cover on here of the mini-solo from Bow Down.
If more bands that scene kids liked sounded like IWABO, I don't think I'd mind scene kids as much haha. I love how they can go from wierd techno or country shit to techy grindcore in a second.
She really can. She looks satanically possessed when she screams and like she's tripping when she does her cleans.
Thanks man [: She was so nice and just really down to Earth. It was wierd to watch her go from this short-ish, really calm person to her screaming her lungs out on stage. They're crazy live though.
Our latest single 'Set Me On Fire' is now available worldwide from all major digital stores and includes the exclusive remix by dance legends Utah Saints.
