About me: Hard Day's Nite Bed & Breakfast is rooted in Beatle history. It is Louise Harrison's past residence, and in September 1963 her brother, George Harrison, came to visit. George was the first Beatle to come over to the States, and his first experience happened here. Six months later, The Beatles appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show, and let their presence be known to America.
For ten years the "Beatle House" has been run as a Bed & Breakfast. There are four rooms available-- John, Paul, George, & Ringo, each with their own baths. The House is smoke-free, and holds a Mini-Museum of memorabilia and historical artifacts, including the first turntable to play Beatles music over U.S. airwaves. For a simple getaway, or a resurrection of past memories in 1960's culture, Hard Day's Nite offers something to all. It preserves and celebrates the memory of the Fab Four and at the same time offers visitors opportunity to break free from their daily routine to "give peace a chance".
Who I'd like to meet: Beatle fans! Kindred spirits!
Hi! Peter was telling me about the George Fest coming up. I need to write you a longer note, but The Cryers would definately be interested in playing. Maybe bring a famous friend or two? Talk to you soon!
Cheers! Grace
