GOD,OWNER/OPERATORS,NASHVILLE HOME BUILDERS I WORK FOR,SONGWRITERS,ALL TROOPS OF THE USA,THE VANDERBILT TRAUMA TEAM FOR SAVING MY LIFE,IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT THAT NEARLY TOOK MY LIFE 1999-2001,(My doctors at Vanderbilt stated. That I had been the only person in the history of Vanderbilt that came into that place with that many injuries an lived) and all police officers an Fire Departments in Nashville an around the world. For without them it would be impossible, for others to get in an save life's in automobile accidents etc. How can LIFE FLIT LAND if not for these other people? When I first came out of Vanderbilt trauma, I only thanked the people I saw. Like doctors nurses etc. But after a while realized that there where many. From the automobile I was in to the Trauma floor at Vanderbilt. Many people where working to save my life an have others. "YOU WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN HERE ARE IN MY HEART"

My name is Barry Allen I was born an raised in Camden Tennessee. For the most part I have lived in Tennessee my whole life. I started in music at a very young age. Singing gospel music on the road every weekend with my mother father an sister. We traveled all over the state for about 10 years of my young life. I didn't no it at the time. But when I was in my 3rd year of high school. I wrote my first song. I played around with it for a few years after that. I got into running my on construction company in Nashville an got away from writing songs. I was in a real bad car accident in 1999. I was hit head on by another drive that came over into my lane. I was in Vanderbilt Trauma for 8 months. It took me about 5 years to recover from that accident. I got back into writing songs in 2006 found a very special place just off music roll called NSAI. I didn't no it at the time but that place would become a big part of my life. I have been a volunteer there for about 2 years now. The people that I've come into contact with, the friends I've made. Its hard to find words about that place. I guess its so close to heaven its beyond words. Thom Shepperd said something to me one time at NSAI. I will never forget. He said he was just happy to be alive. I understand right where he is coming from. I just try to reach out to other people. I want to see you make it even before I do. I guess I feel like I have already made it. I mean I was hit head on at 70 mph. I was revived on the seen at took to Vanderbilt Trauma. Where I was in a coma for 2 months. I was the only person in history that had. Had a class 7 liver laceration an lived. I went through 13 surgeries!! I had to learn to walk again,talk again, everything had to be learned over again. I can't go out in this world after all that an ask for anything else. But I will ask for you. I love helping other people. So if you don't get a cut the first time try try again. Just thank God your not in a hospital bed some where an if you are. We will be praying for you.

Just wanted to let you know I've been hard at work in the studio for my long overdue sophomore album, and have just posted a new track for you to preview. The song is called "SLOW ME DOWN" and it's a demo that I did at home, co-written by the very talented Johnny Reid! I am so excited about the new album that I just couldn't wait to share SOMETHING with everybody, so I hope you enjoy this little "sneak peak"!!
