Integrated Fighting Arts (IFA) Academy specializes in detailed instruction in Boxing, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, Wrestling, and Filipino Martial Arts.
Frank Benn, the founder and chief instructor of IFA Academy, has been teaching martial art for over 20 years. He has an extensive background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), western boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Filipino Martial Arts, as well as several traditional arts.
Frank is an excellent instructor. He takes the time to break down each step in a technique so that it is learned and executed correctly. He’s always willing to help and the way he teaches us to string techniques together really helps on the mat. My favorite Frank Benn saying is, "Forget about self defense – a good defense is a mean offense. You should always be attacking. It’s all about you giving and them receiving. Give, give, give, give, give!" I’m naturally a giver.
