.. Success for some comes once a lifetime and Infamous is on his third life. In the late nineties Infamous was regarded as one of the most innovative and genius scratch dj’s in the world after winning three consecutive world titles. His over night success in djing lead him to tour over thirty five countries and eventually lead him to become a part of Latin Grammy winning group Ozomatli. With a strong knowledge of the industry and constant strive for success Infamous set off to control his own destiny in the business world and founded Ammo Records, Tablist Magazine (the worlds first internationally distributed hip hop dj magazine), and The Allstar Beatdown (a Dj competition that franchised 7 countries).
In 2001 As the DJ market started to decline Infamous searched for a new form of expression and found it in his roots of playing guitar. “An artist will always be an artist. Talent never disappears it just transfers over to the next thing you fall in love with and focus all your energy on”, says Infamous. His focus this time around was rock music. Infamous put together a band called Antenna where he produced, recorded, and wrote the entire album. Antenna would go on to be featured on an Mtv up and coming news segment, which helped them capture the attention of major labels. The day of their signing Antenna dismantled due to creative differences.
Today Infamous has returned to hip-hop and R&B but this time as a producer. With all the knowledge he has acquired in his past experiences Infamous is becoming one of the most sought after up-and-coming producers. With already confirmed tracks on Tha Carter 3 one of which being the recently leaked “La La” (which was stated by Lil’ Wayne in a recent article in XXL magazine as the single for Carter 3). Continuing to bang out more songs, Infamous is staying busy producing soon to be released albums by Lil Wayne, Juelz Santana, Fat Joe, Jah Cure, Casely, Money, Kid Sister, and Ginuwine. Aside from his solo production Infamous can be found working along side Street Runner (producer of Lil Wayne's "Gossip" and Terror Squads “Let Me Take You Home”).
