Now into our second year on the road, ITAOL have established themselves as a band committed to getting where they want to be.
After over 70 shows across the country, including the 02 Academy in Bristol, the band are still ongoing in their conquest of the UK, seeking out new areas and insane crowds to play to.
Now that 10 track album 'Fait Accompli' has been out for 6 months, and soon to be re-released on Casket Records, the band is currently self recording their next 3 to 4 track E.P, to bring their newest material into the public's view. Featuring more of what the band does best, with the music needed to freshen up the metal scene.
With live shows that impress and wow the crowds, with a work hard, play hard attitude, ITAOL have been asked back time and time again to play venues, each time making the experience better and better for the people who keep us doing what we love.

It comes to that point in the festival, where mis-matched bills become inevitable. Take screamo-metallers ITAOL tonight, who have the unenviable task of opening a punk-heavy bill. Still, it fazes them little, and they barely flinch to take stock over twenty minutes of 90s Earache Records referencing metal.
Very, very worthy finalists this year, despite the fact your knowledgeable hack hasn't listened to this kind of metal in ten years, and feels kinda stupid he can't offer a better critique.'

I haven't heard from Joe about saturday since the 8th. So as for getting hold of him other than email, I don't know.
As far as I was aware, we were supplying a guitar cab, and you guys were supplying everything else. I think we can get our hands on a bass head, but I'm not 100% certain on that one.
