First and foremost, I would really like to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who supports the show. If you are in the audience cheering for the contestants, posting comments on the page, judging, hosting, taking pictures/video, or controling the sound - I thank you, because you are helping to make something that started out as a thought become a reality.
Each week the show gets better, bigger, and more exciting. People are looking forward to following shows. What does this mean to me??? I think it says a lot about the talent that is being featured each week. I think the performers are doing an awsome job displaying their talents. Sure, there are some performers that are more experienced than others, but this show is supposed to make the good-better, and the better-the best. The audience gets to see each performer do really good or do really..."not so good." This is a real "champion" show because the only way to make it to the end is to be the best of the best, and in order to do that the contestans have to be strong. It takes a lot of courage to stand there and be critiqued by industry judges in front of a live audience. If they can do that, and stay relevant through out the competition, they are undoubtedly champions!!
I thank God several times through out the day (every day), because it is truly a blessing to be able to create such an amazing opportunity for so many people. I know exactly what it's like to have a dream that I'm incredibly passionate about, and not have the resources to make it happen. Whether it be money, time, support, or what ever. So, I created a show where the contestants didn't have to pay anything to get on stage and perform (like you have to do everywhere else). Also, I invited several magazine to be involved in the show, and they will be featuring contestants in their publications - which is an excellent form of promotion because each of the magazine will reach thousands of people across several states. I also invite judges who can create real opportunities for the contestants. If a person simply has a musical opinion and can not creat any opportunity, they are invited to sit in the audience, and not at the judge's table. I only invite music industry heavy hitters to the judging table. I invite the people that performers struggle to get their demos to and can't. --The best feeling in the world has to be when the contestants look into my eyes and say, "thank you for this opportunity." That always touches my heart and gives me more energy and drive to continue doing what I'm doing...creating opoportunity!!!!!

Wanna B A Star? is the biggest talent competition in Atlanta. This competition will feature only the best of the best, and NOTHING less! This is an 8-week-long competition. In order to make it to the last week, you must avoid being eliminated by a panel of judges, and the only way to do that is by being the BEST each week! Each week finalists will perform for an audience, and be judged by industry HEAVY HITTERS who have the power to change your life forever!!!

There is a $25 registration fee to audition, and you can secure your audition by pre-registering.
