ImproveSomething.com is a brand new project from the PeacePeeps.com people.
With your help, the very first thing we're going to improve is a music video.
We're compiling Improve Something photos from all over the world -- taken by fun-loving peace-loving people like yourself (see details in the lower left sidebar) -- for inclusion in our new collaborative Improve Something Song (ISS) music video.
As the photos come in we're adding them to the official ISS videos, publishing a new version every couple months. Visit here often to witness the videos improve and improve and improve!

The very first Improve Something Campaign video with music!
The stunningly beautiful soundtrack is an original creation by the band Ennis (see our top friends). Their wonderfully uplifting song starts playing about twenty seconds in, so please don't scroll by it.
We also uploaded the video to myspace, so you can easily add it to your own myspace profile by clicking on "add to profile".
Simply visit our PeacePeeps.com myspace page and you'll find the video just above our top friends section.

When we published version 2.2, there was no sound yet, so you don't have to mute anything else to play it:
Version 2.4 of the video will be published here in November, so please send in your pictures and/or songs ASAP!
We're accepting original songs (in all genres) from creative musicians and composers who wish to offer their own interpretations of what the Improve Something Song should be.
Eventually, we'll select the best entries in each musical category to serve as permanent soundtracks to the various versions of the Improve Something Song videos.
NOTE: If you've already created a great song which you think works musically, consider changing the lyrics a little bit to fit the Improve Something Song concept and submit it. It's your music, so that's not cheating.
Of course, it's completely up to you as to how you compose the music (with or without lyrics), as well as how you take your photos (if you're not a musician), or you can do both:
Be creative, be boring,
be complex, be simple,
be playful, be serious,
be reverent, be flippant,
be funny, be sad,
be sincere, be sarcastic,
be sexy, be prudish,
be silly, be non-silly,
be thought-provoking,
be profound, be shallow,
be them, be you!

Yes! You have bannered my profile comments with my thoughts and my screams at the TV yesterday. See, we people, are united globally! I am Caucasian in Australia and get so angry at those white losers with a bee in their bonnet and want their leader and nation to fail to become like Natives again. Idiots, I guess they lost their own money first so explains why they are angry at themselves.

If you know anyone with little ones in the house, or who works with children, please let them know that we have turned our January Book "Parsnip Meets A Snowman" into a short voiced-over film. It's on our myspace page and on youtube.
The book of the month is always available to read free on our own website www. thefoodiesbooks. com but we thought this would be a nice way to reach children who are not yet starting to read.
So if anyone wants to help their child make the connection between weather / seasons and the food they eat, this is a little fun starting point.
