Blood Root Mother	Jul 5 2009 7:11 PM Hello! I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time yesterday. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral. There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you. We decided to provide all the beer..well 2 barrels anyway...you can thank Pete for that suggestion! But now...that means you are in to provide us with entertainment! We have two half barrels for sure and then one on hold. We will pass a hat to get a third if needed. Our Sister in Law Connie and her boyfriend John are going to provide the music...we are hoping you will give us something LIVE!! There might be a couple acoustic performances if all works out. Please make sure all the guys know and pencil us in for the day. It starts at 1pm and goes until 10am Sunday (mine and Gus' 6th Wedding anniversary!). We won't start the entertainment until we have 40 people present. The info is on my Facebook or you can always text me and I can give you more details. PLEASE COME YOU GUYS. WE MISS YOU ALL SUPER BAD!!! And bring a car load with you if you want...don't forget my KayGirl...oh and if you look on FB I have your band as the Event Pic on the invites. Lisa and Gussy
