    Writing, reading, films, Formula1 racing. Talking about things. Driving. Coffee. Sleeping. Two glasses of wine. Fog, frost, the moon, sheer cliffs. Tidy forests - no kudzu or panthers, please. My office.

    My neti pot.

    Having the windows open and not feeling too cold or too warm. 'Some assembly required'. Shade to retreat into when I've had enough sun. Powdered sugar on my fingers. Plans. Traveling. People who laugh. Good customer service. The smell of almond extract. Glass mosaics. Clean sheets. Ivory soap. Getting ready. Tiramisu. Plantains with hot sauce. Lime spritzers. Tea in the afternoon. Port late at night. Wondering, then knowing.

    Lemons peeled and eaten like oranges. Tomatoes wedged and eaten like apples. Rowdy blackbirds.

    I do not like speed bumps. At all. Or passing on a hill at the mercy of four timid cylinders. Or double standards. Or arbitrariness.

    Rockets are pretty good, too. And alligators skimming ponds. But only from far away.

    Hmmm. I should really do something with this field. I love movies.
