Hey! Just wanted to check in on you. Haven't heard anything for a while, but I imagine that you are INCREDIBLY busy with teaching summer classes and doing all the training that I know you need to do for your upcoming race(s). Don't forget to schedule time to breathe!!!! :-)

it is a pleasure to "meet" you, and I wish you all the best in your upcoming biking adventure! I will be RUNNING alongside you in spirit, as my running shoes get a lot more workouts than my nonexistent bicycle!

Wow! You are only adding to your list of impressive accomplishments!! I don't care if the field was only TWO runners - to have actually come in FIRST PLACE in a race over 2 feet in length is PRETTY DARN IMPRESSIVE, in my book!! Way to go!!! :-)))
