Introducing The Smokin' J's!!!
Jeremiah Stone and The Smokin' J's, a new band featuring Jeremiah Stone and Jean Vanier, with drums by Jeremy, bass by John, Guitar/Violin/Keyboard by Wroy J.. The overall sound seems to come out something like a blues band met a jam band, hit it off really well, had a baby, and didn't know what to call it. It's just Smokin' Hot Sounds!

Jeremiah Stone featured on Unsigned.com!
Jeremiah's personal take on the Americana genre draws heavily from the influences of blues, rockabilly, and American folk music. Some of his original music fits rather neatly into one of the above listed idioms, while some seems to be a sort of hybrid derived from one or more of the above listed musical styles. "Month of Mondays" is a slide-guitar rocker, influenced by the likes of Robert Johnson and Muddy Waters. The song "Down and Out" incorporates blues, rock, and gospel. Enjoy the straight-ahead rock-n-roll of "Crazy Baby". "Nothin' But Trouble" incorporates a classic rockabilly style guitar signature along with a steady beat. Enjoy the backwoods a-capella inuendo, "Sweet Potato Pie".
