Jerry D was born May 3, 1963 in Warren, Ohio and raised in Newton Falls, Ohio. Jerry's mom worked at GM and his dad was in the Air Force and was a Pastor. Jerry graduated in 1981 at Newton Falls High School. At 18 yrs old Jerry became a Christian and started to sing and was a worship leader for many years. Jerry was in sales and now trucks across the country. After 9/11 Jerry D began to write his own style of music, with "America God's Been Good To You" that was played at the National Democratic Convention in Denver, CO. Many other songs soon followed. Jerry gets a lot his songs from driving late into the night and he will begin singing a tune and then putting words toward the song. With the help from folks in the music business including connections in Nashville, TN. Rusty Lane, with S.N.T. Productions, Tom Hodges, Nashville Impact and KMA Records where it was an honor to record Jerry's CD. Jerry D thanks God and all the folks that believe in his music and to those that have helped & mentored him up to the present.
