Johnny L. Gonzales is a singer/songwriter originally from San Antonio ,Texas which still heavily influences his artistic style. His tenor voice radiates a smooth warmth that really shines through on his Love Ballads.
Most of his songs are derived from real life experiences that his fans can really relate to. He writes about love relationships, family, life stories, and about God. He even has a song written for his mother called Mother's Day Song and a Valentines Day song.
His song styles include country, Tex Mex, Love Ballads, Spanish and Gospel. Johnny celebrates his Mexican heritage with Spanish songs steeped in tradition and singing many of his songs in English and Spanish in the style of Freddie Fender. Many of his songs have a country and or country western feel. He also enjoys writing and singing in the style of the Blues.
