Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who loves music! We play The Best Variety From The 80s, 90s, And Today! As you can imagine, it's quite a library! We're interested in meeting other people who eat sleep and breathe music like we do.
We'd also love to add you to our friends list if you live in Alaska! We're "Greatland" representin'!
Don't worry, even if you don't live in Alaska, we'd still love to add you to our friends list.
Honestly, MIX loves to be friends with everyone!
As for gender, I get the impression that MIX is female. I didn't actually go look up the tower, that would be rude. We're not really looking at getting into a romantic relationship with anyone, so it really doesn't matter.
If you're in doubt, just send us a friend request!
The UAA Concert Board is proud to present The Mountain Goats on Tuesday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium. The Mountain Goats will bring their intensely descriptive folk-rock sounds to The Last Frontier on their second trip to Alaska and first stop in Anchorage. The band’s soon-to-be-released album Heretic Pride will be released the same day as the band’s Anchorage show. Come see this exciting band live at the Wendy Williamson and celebrate the release of their new album! Tickets are $20 for the general public and $10 for UAA students (with valid UAA ID). Tickets are available online at UAATix.
Cheers, y'all; thanks for all the great music. BTW, if you know anyone who's gonna be on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula the second weekend in September, North of 90's Don_D and GorillaFace will be opening for Particle in Homer (on September 8th) !
Hey there,
Stopping by to say hi. I posted a recording of the live interview I did with WNRC. If you haven't heard it, you can listen to it on the teensy little player under my LATEST NEWS section. Check it out when you have some time...
