Sorry for our long silence after the disastrous ending of our 5th Anniversary 5YK...but we first needed to sort a lot of things out, and this was quite a biggie, before we could give a solid reply to all your questions. Finally we figured out a way...
My condolonces to everyone who looked out for this party for such a long time, i can imagine the disapointment...and the anger ...and all the other feelings...we share them, trust me
Now, the practical part, refunding off the presale tickets. As we make presale for several reasons, one of the reasons is to create a cashflow for cost needs to be taken care of in advance, so several presale points will not be able to to refund your tickets. We're really sorry for that.
Now, FNAC will refund all the tickets for those we prefer this., Rituals of Life will do the same for the sold tickets.
For those who bought there tickets and still have it in their possesion, you will be able to get a free entree at our following event, 5YK...&1/2...planned and confirmed April 30th in Antwerp city. On this event you will be able to enjoy a part of the line up presented to you at the original 5YK happening.
For the people who still have their yellow Kairoo entrance bracelet, keep it it with you and the same conditions will count as above, free entree at 5YK & ½ on April 30th .
For the people who gave up their name and account nr at the night itself. At this point it will be practically hard to refund the tickets due to a lot of judicial costs. After NY we will have a more clear sight on the finacial issue. Off course all these people will have the right aswell to enter the 5YK..&1/2..event for free.
We ask for your understanding in these very hard and critical times and we hope this way we can create a positive feeling and give something back to all of you...

Conserning the future of Kairoo Records in all it's many forms, we are now searching for a way to get everything bck on track. It will not be as before and it might never be...but this is not the end and believe me, this story will have it's good ending ..in the end..
