My definition of a hero is someone who set a goal and accomplished it through tremendous odds. No matter the obstacle, they persevered, knowing that their goal would make a better world.

    .. My Heroes:
1)Jesus (He is my Savior, and he accomplished the greatest goal of all, Love.)
2)Martin Luther King Jr. (He used Non violent resistance, "Soul Force", to move a nation away from racial division and hatred, something I oppose greatly. The Human Race is ONE race.)
3)Martin Luther (I am a Protestant, there wouldn't be any without him. Though his history is contraversial, I believe he took a great risk in all he did.)
4)Buzz Aldrin/Neil Armstrong/Sally Ride (Humanity's future lies in space exploration.)
5)Billy Graham (A strong man of Faith. I hope to be so bold and able)
6)My Father, Grandfather and Grandmother (For all they taught me and for setting the goal to raise me)
7)Ronald Reagan - I'm a child of the 80's, and I believe that his policies and leadership were pivotal in ending the Cold War.
"A Time for Choosing" Ronald Reagan Speech - 1964

About me:

I am your average geeky white male. I love to have a good time and share a laugh with my friends. I am one of the more non-judgmental people you will ever meet. It's easy for me to fit in with most any crowd. I feel equally at home in most any setting. I am not the partying type. I enjoy an atmosphere where I can talk and get to know lots of different people. I prefer a coffee shop as opposed to a club... I love to sing, laugh, and experience new things. I really enjoy learning of any kind. I am a mountain of worthless knowledge.

My wife, Jennifer and I were married on June 28th, 2003. We live happily in Cordova, TN. She is an amazing woman. She is a resource teacher at Lucy Elem. We met when we were both in college, and I count her as my best friend. We enjoy traveling, expecially to New Orleans.

I have completed 15 hours of my Master's of Arts and Teaching in Secondary Education Degree, but I have changed my major to School Counseling. It took alot of soul searching, but I knew it was the right things to do. I am currently working for Tennessee Early Intervention Services as a Service Coordinator. I help families with developmentally delayed children, birth to three, receive the services they need. I really enjoy my work. I have years of experience working in the Social Work field. Before that, I worked as a counselor at Youth Villages and Parkwood.

I completed my technical training for my job with the Tennessee Air National Guard in August 2006. I joined the Air National Guard back in July of 2005. I completed my Air Force basic training in April of 2006. I am very proud to serve my country. I am now working as a Knowledge Ops Manager. I create orders, memos, and shuffle paper. I was a crew chief on a C5, but I decided to cross train into a diffrent job.

Faith is a part of my life. I try to understand faith of all kinds. I am a Christian, and I see myself as non-denominational. I have found that a quiet acceptance of life and it's circumstances yields a great understanding of how God works in your life. Feel free to contact me with any questions, ect.

You've got it wrong.  It wasn't Schlitz malt liquor, it was Schlitz beer, which used to be made in dear old Memphis.  Schlitz beer amazing.

Lori is from TN, WOW!!! Jaime is So a hunk. Unlike my bretheren [i hope i spelled it wrong because there is no such thing in the local "community"] I am all inclusive when it comes to sexy and happening and trendy. If a famous person can make me blush or swoon or faint or "faint" they qualify as a HUNK! Jean Reno has been in a LOT of films, rathe famous. The movies off the top of my head are Gozilla 2 [that US dinosaur thing], the Professional [swoon], one of the kid-friendly Pink Panthers with Steve Martin, and now I am drawing a blank... Definite hunk.
