BENEFITS OF DANCE:

Learn how to dance bigger, increase confidence, improve footwork, learning about body flow, work on self love, not feeling afraid of obstacles, freestyle consistently, get to a performance level, perform harder choreography, dance to release stress, acquire foundation training, develop individual style, work on letting go, loosen up, have fun, learn about rhythms, learn how to pop and wave, develop a technique, maintain dance as a haven, become a professional dancer or choreographer, get in shape, increase one's pick up skills, define clearer movement qualities, work on one's individual choreography, adopt different styles, get out of comfort zone, meet people that share your passion, come out of your shell, perfect your turns, improve your isolations, put personality and character into your moves, find more potential in one's self, improve your sense of balance, strengthen your core, identify your body halves, gain control on holds, improve weight transfer, master all types of contractions, identify your head-tail connection, use your "dance" 3rd eye, learn how to use breath in movement, vary your qualities and energies, understand counting/rhythm, understand sensing rather than thinking...... Endless. Do we really need reasons to dance? :)
