Hi, this is Steven from the band Slackjaw Jezebel. They say sometimes the best way to help yourself, is to help others. So in an effort to help myself and my many friends who are also musicians, comedians and/or some sort of performance oriented artist, I (and some of my friends) have created the House of Muses. HOM is a special social network created for artist with like minds and ambitions to communicate with each other. Among other obvious marketing uses this network is private and privately monitored. It is designed for three purposes only.
1. To provide us with artists to network and put on shows
2. To create something private outside all the MySpace and Facebook hoopla. (There is no need to add friends here unless you personally want to endorse someone.)
3. The other half of HOM is a production company that will put on events like live shows and production sponsored by local businesses and corporations.
