About me: Over 20 years and 100 of LOCAL Cable Access TV Producers and and thousands of Shows... LBCTelevision is located in LONG BEACH, CA "The Most Diverse City in the Nation."
You used to be able to turn on CHARTER CABLE TV in The LBC (and Signal Hill) to hear Rap, Gospel, Poetry, all types of music via Charter Communications ; History, Travel, Law, Food, Financial Advice, Religion, Politics, Local News .. . There was something for everyone!
Local residents could produce their own TV show for free per federal mandate (and funds collected from cable + telephone companies). Our broadcasts via Charter and the City of LB stopped as of Dec 31, 2008.
