    I am so, so, so very sorry that I have not gotten back to you yet on the book - I began to read the first chapter and then became swamped with illness and my own desperation to get my footing in regards to the novel - it has finally happened and so now I can read/comment with my attention properly focused if it is not too late - please let me know.
