Lauren Rochelle is an artist in many forms. She began vocal lessons at the age of eleven, training in Opera. She then moved on to San Francisco State's music program where she studied music, emphasizing in vocal training. Now living in the Sacramento area, she works as a Group Exercise Director and Instructor, and spends her free time creating dance music and modeling.
