Yes! We love noise. Let me share a true story - When I first started working in a small public library (way back in the dark ages), one of the library clerks alerted me to the fact that some teens were using a microfilm reader and enjoying themselves in the library. Earlier that day I showed their class how to research local history on microfilm, and these kids had the audacity to come back and try it themselves. They were being a little noisy, but still getting things done. The clerk actually said "Jessie, what is your policy regarding teens having fun in the library?" I almost swallowed my teeth. No lie.
