This singer/songwriter draws on her life experiences as the guiding light for her song writing. Rather than dwell ..experiences, Lindsey’s music is the experience itself. One particular circumstance that she has overcome is dyslexia. Lindsey had dyslexia as a child, and the areas of reading and writing have never been her strong suits. Lindsey’s music is the result of these challenges and what can be accomplished when one is truly passionate and inspired to accomplish their dreams. “It serves as the possibility for others that anything is possible when fear and doubts are put aside.” In order to be a songwriter, Lindsey had to really stare this challenge in the face and then just push past it. In the song “I am Beautiful,” Lindsey opens her heart and gracefully bouts out the lyrics that show her transition of coming into womanhood and how the world can make one feel so small at times. “The song serves as an inspiration to young women and lets them know that they truly are beautiful no matter what,” said Lindsey.

In the song “The Awakening,” Lindsey becomes aware of her own consciousness and shows how she hopes to elevate the world consciousness.
