CREME is the brain child of Steve Bondy, a well known guitarist in the NY tri-state area. When the "Cream" reunion tour hit New York City in Oct. 2005, Steve saw their final night at The Garden and was inspired once again by their music.
He decided to form a "Cream" oriented Jam Band - where their songs are reinterpreted, giving the musicians room to move, as in the original band.
Enlisting the services of Clint Bahr on bass & vocals, and Steve Dee on drums, CREME was born!
CREME's freestyle improvisations are creative and searching, exploring...blues, jazz and avant rock styles...but with a 21st century mentality.
