LOVE OF DIAGRAMS are a band from Melbourne, Australia. We started playing shows in 2001, recorded a (mostly instrumental) debut album 'The Target is You' in 2003. In 2004 we released an EP 'We Got Communication" (which came out as a 7" in the UK on The Passport Label) which included the introduction of vocals from all three members. In late 2006 an EP came out on Unstable Ape records in Australia, and in early 2007, the first world-wide release on Matador Records was a s/t EP. In may 2007 the album MOSAIC, recorded at Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago with Bob Weston, was released on Matador Records. In late 2008, we recorded a new album NOWHERE FOREVER with Ryan Hadlock (Gossip, Blonde Redhead, Steve Malkmus etc) at Bear Creek Studios in Seattle. This album is due out in Australia on Unstable Ape/Remote Control in August 09, with an international release yet to be confirmed....tours to be announced shortly!!
