“I remember my first sexual experience. I was alone at the time!” (Story #6509)
“I still have the Metallica shirt he wore that night.” (Story #23960)
“File mine under Clumsy and awkward!” (Story #4294)
Was your first time awkward or did it feel “like Christmas morning!” (Story #19553). Were you with your high school sweetheart or with your psychology professor (Story #7779)? Were you in Washington Square Park (Story #5049) or a Burger King bathroom (Story #2995)?
If you did it, you probably remember it. And now you can hear about everyone else’s!
MY FIRST TIME, a new play in the style of The Vagina Monologues, features four actors in hysterical and heartbreaking stories about first sexual experiences written by real people just like you.
In 1998, a decade before blogging began, a website was created that allowed people to anonymously share their own true stories about their First Times. The website became an instant phenomenon as over 40,000 stories poured in from around the globe that were silly, sweet, absurd, funny, heterosexual, homosexual, awkward, shy, sexy and everything in between.
And now, these true stories and all of the unique characters in them are brought to life by four amazing actors in the acclaimed 90 minute play, MY FIRST TIME, presented by Ken Davenport, producer of Altar Boyz and creator of The Awesome 80s Prom.
So come with your friends, because MY FIRST TIME will have you laughing and reminiscing about your own first time . . . and thinking about your next one.
MY FIRST TIME . . . I’ll tell you mine if, you tell me yours.
Hello all, This is a follow up to Ted Spyropoulos' letter regarding the Bakxes theatrical play to give you an update and some useful planning information. Dates: so far, California will follow Houston with performances from 10-12 october in Northern and Southern California. Pittsburgh has requested 25 October. No other dates have been comitted. There will be 13 people (performers and technicians) Hotel accomodations: They will need seven double rooms Six local young ladies will also be needed to supplement the Chorus. They will not say anything. They will just be on stage. Their costumes will be provided from the theater company. If the theater is very large (more than 500 seats) 8 wireless lapel microphones will be needed. No special lighting is required. They will bring electronic panels for English supertitles which will be hang up high over the stage. They will bring a technical person who will take care of all set up. You do not need to spend money on audiovisual people or equipment. Just the regular theater supervisor who knows where the lights and the curtain controls are. At the beginning, someone from your staff should be available to read a prepared English text as an introduction to the play. Try to have someone who has a good strong voice, may be a local radio voice. We will prepare invitations (flyers)which we will provide to you to add your date and venue information for mailing out. Please let me know as soon as you confirm the dates with your venue. You have to move quickly to book the dates because most venues are already booked for fall performances. Let me know if you have any other questions. Regards, Ted Laliotis, SAE USA Coordinating Council Cell Phone: 415/518-9412 -----------------------------------
