My Minds Eye are "the band" to entertain you!.Offering either a 60's themed night including all your favourite 60's hits, or a general covers set ranging from the beatles to coldplay and everything inbetween. Excellent musicianship combined with a knowledge and understanding of every song will leave you with a nostalgic night to remember. Corporate events, Weddings, Music Festivals, Pubs and Clubs are all catered for. In addition to the band, we are also able to supply a professional DJ on the night to ensure that all musical tastes are well and truly catered for.

Chris Colmans
started playing the drums and singing at the age of 17, and taught himself over the next couple of years, Guitar and Keyboards. This lead to him playing in various bands during the 80's and 90's which resulted in him playing in some well known venues in London, as well as playing at many corporate and private functions all over Great Britain. Towards the end of 1996 he formed the very successful 60's covers band "Ashbury Heights". They then enjoyed Six fantastic years of playing live music in Pubs, Clubs, Weddings, private functions, festivals and Holiday Camps. In July 2008 my minds eye was formed.Now He is sure the future will be even better than it has been already.
Chris Chitticks
Started playing Bass Guitar at the age of 12, and left school at 15 to train as a chef. At the age of 17 whilst working at a local Hotel, he was asked to join a band, and in 1966 toured Turkey and Greece, returning to England Three years later. He then joined another band and toured the South East. In the early 70's he formed his own Rock band who supported many leading lights including, Sweet, Status Quo, Atomic Rooster, Joe Cocker and less but by no means least... Led Zeppelin. After becoming disillusioned with the music business, he joined the RAF. 20 years later, he regained his interests and formed a band in the Southend area.the rest, as they say is history!......
Lee Chitticks
The youngest member of the band, his ability and feel for the instrument can turn heads.. and generally does!! Lee started playing at the age of Ten, taking influence from some of the great drummers of all time:John Bonham, Keith Moon, and not forgetting his absolute Hero… "Animal" from The Muppets!
