Although Melissa is a solo artist, she is always on the lookout for new and interesting people to play with. For the past year and a half, Melissa's band has consisted of a drummer, guitarts, bassist, pianist and sax player; all very talented musicians who Melissa met during her time at Humber. They can all be heard on her latest CD "Ready to Pull."

Ive actually been trying to make it to New York or Toronto for winter for a few years now. Ive lived in Florida all of my life, and have never gotten the chance to see ACTUAL snow. I mean, if you call the permafrost that develops in the ice box, then yes, ive seen "snow".
Well, if you ever make it down, Ill invite you out for some South Beach Fun.
How was your show at the Rivoli? I hope it was amazing and knowing you, I am sure it was beyond that! Here's hoping this will lead to more shows of the same like, you've earned it!
Thanks soooooooo much for the add. I'm sure alot of bands just send you a bunch of invites just cause..but you're amazing. If I lived in ontario I'd beg you to let me play bass for you.
After how quickly we managed to throw the ATKM gig together (1.5 practices, never with the same guitarists... Joe was there for the first practice but didn't play... Matt played but wasn't at either practice, etc.) I'm convinced we could easily put a gig together, if you had more musicians. What would be cool is do full-band arrangements of these youtube covers you've been doing!
If not gigs, I'm always available for recording whenever you go to do your next album! I should hopefully be picking up a fretless deluxe jazz bass when I get my tax return.. yum!
Not too much... playing with All The King's Men on Thursday for their last show.. I was a little disappointed when I learnt you weren't playing with them anymore!
