I've always seen Metroflex in the magazines, I think the best training pics are taking there.
I got the newest issue of MD and it was like a Metroflex exclusive magazine. It was awesome. I've been wanting to get a subscription, and seeing the last issue with Branch on the cover, made me want to get a subscription cause I thought it was a better then noraml issue. That issue made me feel like I was there, and I've never been.
My wife and I have been blessed with being able to buy a house. We've only moved in a couple of weeks ago. The garage is going to be my gym. I'm going to model it after all those awesome pics and hardcore training I see coming out of there, cause the things ya'll do are inspirational.
Keep doing what ya'll do cause it's just simply awesome.

thanks for the add. I was part of the 2nd workout weekend with ronnie, and had the best leg workout ive ever had. then we did the parking lot lunges in the rain... crazy, but it was life changing and gave me the confidense to compeat in powerlifting. I have a pic video on my page that shows it.
