BEER. Anything that crosses the paths between one ear and the next that our brains can enjoy. But, if you need more specifics...Kinski, Broken Social Scene, Mogwai, Mono, Explosions in the Sky, Team Sleep, Pelican, Sigur Ros, Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Jawbox, Wilderness, Tokyo Police Club, Interpol, and the list goes on for days.

You be the Judge...Probably like some of the bands listed above, obviously with our own spin. We are loud...we are quiet...we are catchy. We like to drive emotion from from the sonic waves and the beautiful ripples and from the heart wrenching/somewhat witty vocals.
Taking cues from the loudest and quietest records in our collections, Mice in Cars creates a pummeling sonic attack of brute force, melody and humor both joyous and sinister.
Through many bloody, ear-ringing tribulations have we whittled ourselves down to the trio we are now. Two years worth of playing seedy dives has proven Mice in Cars to be a gleefully rambunctious live act who pine for the days when neither band nor audience ever stood still.
I was blasting 53 Bicycles again last night. If I had a Top 10 list for my favorite local bands' recordings of 2009, you would be somewhere in that mix.
Wed (the 21st) me and my pals that worked on the URBNPOP comic will be doing a signing at Criminal Records in Little Five Points. Here's the deal: Chris Hamer (Mr. URBNPOP), Andrew Bellury, Craig Henderson, RyShu (that's me), Eric Peterson, Ted Murphy, Zano Ludgood and Writers Bobby Nash will be signing copies of Urbnpop comics. Limited edition Art for sale and free sketches for every comic purchased! Atlanta Rock band It's Elephant's will be playing a live set as well that night and selling their record " Get Along". Fun starts at 6 sharp! Get there early. We are raffling off a hand painted Skateboard Deck!
