I like to write and read poetry, prose as well (though I write prose less often). I Love to read, listen to music, and watch movies. When it comes to interests...well I can hold a conversation about a lot of things becaused I'm well-learned, and beware getting into a debate with me! Anyways, when you get down to it I'm totally a Music person, although I can't sing...I'm an artist. I like to draw, and I'm pretty damn good at it!
The Following are drawings by Me...

Music
Music is a Huge passion. You can't tell by looking at me that I listen to the kind of music I do, but I am a true fan of Rock n' Roll, Alternative, Metal...you get the picture. However, I also listen to many other varieties of music. I just tend to only buy metal albums, and listen to everything else via radio or downloads (although my CD collection goes way back so I do still own CDS that I even had in the 8th grade!) The only kinds of music that I usually dislike are gangster rap and techno. I own all of the CDs listed here and then some. They are REAL CDs because I am REAL Fan :P. My cd case IS my sanity.
Movies
Finding Nemo, The Breakfast Club, Pirates of the Caribbean, Garden State, 50 First Dates, Chicago, Love Actually. Elizabethtown The Kill Bills, Vanilla Sky, Walk the Line, Crash, Mulholland Dr., Office Space
Television
Nip/Tuck, Lost, House Friends...I'm also a VH1 Fiend. Don't watch tv often but when I do that's what I prefer!

About me: The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
"I don't understand why you don't like me
Why don't you like me?
Am I so different from you
Now does it scare you that I'm able to discern
What to love and what to burn
I'll add your fuel to the fire now
Stand back, brother take your hand back
Leave it and I might crack
More than a smile or two you see
Don't judge what you don't understand
You can't deny what has been given to me"
-Disturbed
Who am I? WHO am I? Well, I got to thinking. Don't look so surprised! For me to set down in words
in this box so as to give you an idea of who I am is a most heinous idea. I'm still deciding who I am,
and therefore I've decided to get philosophical on yo' ass. I guess I finally got tired of remembering
that I had this big-ass description of who I am, as if I were trying to win you over with audacious assertions.
I suppose that's just me, but I could easily ramble for a paragraph (or two?...let's find out...) and you could
just as easily grasp an abstract notion of who I am. Or....you could just kiss my ass. But look now...don't go
gettin' all butthurt on me (or near me for that matter, but that's besides the point and I digress...).
It is not my
goal or intention to insult anyone who actually has something more definitive in their "about me" section, because who
am I to talk, right? I'm just bored with broadcasting my mediocre words attempting to describe who I am (that's a capital "I".
Althought techincally "I" is always capitalized when it's first person, but again, I digress). I guess sometimes I just
know that it's not worth trying to live up to this preconceived notion of a self-formulated identity.
What the hell does THAT
mean, you ask? I don't fuckin' know, make of it what you will, read between the lines, let your heart guide you...and those are the only adages I have
for that one (I suppose I could toss "kiss my ass" in there again, too). I want to write something that I can go back and read,
and not have to tell myself what an ass I am for having written it...and what's wrong with a bit of mystery? Don't we all
want to be a bit mysterious (without that whole creepy, stalker, mankiller complex...but maybe I only speak for myself...)?
Maybe mysterious is not so cool (especially if you hear eerie carnival music in the distance). But one thing for sure is cool...
and that's COOL. So maybe I can just be cool, but I have a feeling it's more like a case of delusions of grandeur. But if you
agree to say I'm cool, I won't get mysterious on your ass.
Oh...and just to keep a bit of the old...Here's a Dictionary for those of you
afraid of big words, because big words are fun. Don't you concur? Don't you just looove "big" words like "concur"? Don't worry...help is out there! Hookd on Fonicks can werk fer YOO!
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It's just that yours is stupid.
