This list could go on forever. I love practically everything by Martin Scorsese, Michael Mann, Christopher Nolan, David Fincher & David Cronenberg. I also love the work of John Carpenter, Quentin Tarantino, John Woo, Edgar Wright, the Coens, Don Coscarelli & countless others.
Television
I loathe it for the most part. A few favorites include: The X-Files, Oz, Chappelle's Show, South Park, Ren & Stimpy & Miami Vice (guilty pleasure--favorite show ever).
I'll stop on AMC, Turner South, Comedy Central or the Discovery Channel if I do happen to be channel surfing.
Books
Some favorite authors/writers include Aldous Huxley, Dante, Friedrich Nietzsche, Clive Barker, Stephen King, Thomas Harris, Douglas Preston, Garth Ennis, etc...
About me: I'm an everyday twentysomething. I work full time at a record store called Earshot (formerly Manifest). Art is my forte. I honestly could care less if you hate/despise/detest (insert choice of verb) me. My family & friends come first. My interests: drawing, reading, concerts/shows, the ocean (if I'm near it), spicy food, sleeping in, digital photography, listening & watching the rants of Lewis Black, Mojitos, watching movies & writing reviews, & reading/learning about the human conscience.
Who I'd like to meet: Unless you're just a bona fied psychopath (in which case, get the hell away from me & check your ass back into Bellvue or whatever mental institute you escaped from), I enjoy mingling with pretty much anyone. I'm the most comfortable around anyone who doesn't feel an obligation to be someone or something they're not.
i want to be the first ever to say happy birthday to you :) and sorry for all the drunk messages :/ btw i didn't need myspace to tell me that you're birthday is coming up. so...ha!
Yo man! Hey, I had a great time last night. It was nice to chill again. I still can't believe the lack of luck I had at Nepals. WTF? I should have gone for Frodo's chocolate pudding. Thanks a bunch man. Enjoy the pictures...
Hey Philareeno! I meant to tell you that it was awesome seeing you and your siblings at the Irish Pub! I was really glad to see you guys out, and I know that Drew really appreciated the support of friends coming to see him play. :) Take care. Hope all is going well with you.
Yeah, I remember you never being completely if at all happy there. I'm glad you found something better. Oh, I've been up to not much, working for my greek condescending pompous prick, haha. And wedding plans, and my mens. That's all I do. I feel so old. ♥
That is so fucking awesome man! Thanks so much for the heads up! Figures, the one day I didn't check the website all week, they release another nugget. That audio problem must be pure torture. The song rocks! Really good baseline. Oh, I noticed pre-sale tickets for that show go on sale Tuesday at 5pm. Now you can get access to the presale for free just by being a member of nin. com. So it looks like I know what I'm doing Tuesday at 5pm! Hey any interest in getting some drinks this weekend? Take care bro. Peace!
