I am a former dental hygienist turned real estate investor/developer. I am currently converting apartments into condominiums in Redding, CA (my hometown). I also created a reality show, produced by Scott Rosenfelt, called Making of a Millionaire that follows the process of the condo conversion. I also just completed my first book about investing in commercial real estate. It's called The Best Damn Commercial Real Estate Investing Book Ever Written!
