Our Searches include:

· Multi-State Criminal History search - A search of an individual state’s criminal record repository. Information recorded varies from state to state and not all states permit access. A signed release form may be required in accordance with individual state regulations.

· Multi-State Sexual Offender Registry - This database contains currently registered sex and violent offenders with felony conviction records. The data has been compiled from sex and violent offender registries in 50 states, District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Further investigation via statewide criminal record databases or county level research is strongly recommended.

· Federal Criminal History Search -

A 7 year federal criminal history in the requested jurisdiction. All dispositions (conviction and non-conviction) can be provided.

A 7 year federal civil history check of the plaintiff’s and defendant’s indexes for lawsuits pending and filed in the requested jurisdiction.

A 7 year bankruptcy court search for bankruptcy filings in the requested jurisdiction. Add $1.00 per year for additional years.

Client approval is required for additional charges including, but not limited to, additional years, names that reveal a multitude of cases and case file research.

· County Criminal Search - A 7 year county criminal history search in the requested jurisdiction. All dispositions (conviction and non-conviction) can be provided. In some instances, misdemeanor/traffic convictions may be recorded in a different court or location and result in an additional search fee. Multiple names used by an applicant are considered a separate search of criminal court record indexes. For instance, a maiden name, AKAs and former married names, are all considered a separate search of criminal court record indexes. All criminal record searches will be conducted to reflect a search of felony and/or misdemeanor indexes (involving statutory offenses), for the last 7-year period. Court record access fees are additional.

· Federal Civil -

A 7 year federal criminal history in the requested jurisdiction. All dispositions (conviction and non-conviction) can be provided.

A 7 year federal civil history check of the plaintiff’s and defendant’s indexes for lawsuits pending and filed in the requested jurisdiction.

· County Civil and Bankruptcies -

A 7 year check of the plaintiff’s and defendant’s indexes for law suits pending and filed.
Add $10.00 for a 7 year check of the official records index for civil judgments, liens, etc in the jurisdiction requested.

Add $1.00 per year for additional years.

Client approval is required for additional charges including, but not limited to, common names that reveal multiple cases and case file research.

· Statewide Criminal Search - A search of an individual state’s criminal record repository. Information recorded varies from state to state and not all states permit access. A signed release form may be required in accordance with individual state regulations.

· Full Credit Report - This credit bureau report confirms name, address and social security number as well as the applicant’s credit history.

· Social Security verification - This credit bureau report verifies the social security number and provides information of the applicant’s previous addresses.

· Driver's License search - A check of the current driver history in the state requested, including infractions within the last three years and verification of driver status and license classification. Requirements vary from state to state. State access fees are additional.
